“My trip to Singapore and Malaysia was organized by Aditya Kumar. He was always accessible and helped with itinerary planning. Throughout our trip, he addressed all my queries and remained reachable. Our time in Singapore was amazing, thanks to the excellent coordination by the ground team. They were prompt in coordinating everything and were available on calls and WhatsApp. However, I would not recommend the uncomfortable couch experience from Singapore to Malaysia, which lasted 12 hours and wasted our entire day. This was supposed to be a leisure day, contrasting with the Malaysia ground team's lack of proper coordination. We were not happy with the delayed responses and felt that our stay in Malaysia could have been better.”
